Öznur Özkan was born in 1993 in Istanbul. She completed her successful school life first at Şehremini Anatolian High School, and later crowned it with Bezmialem University Faculty of Dentistry in 2011. Graduating with high honors in 2018, Öznur Özkan is also proficient in the English language.
With a lifelong learning approach and an open mind for development, she has participated in hundreds of educational activities and continues to do so.
Currently, in her own place in Şişli, she conducts all dental treatments with a focus on technology and a 100% satisfaction-oriented approach.
